High waisted flares made from soft stretch cotton.

Sizing is fairly true. For example for an average 2 year old 1-2 would probably be best fit, 2-4 to get a couple of seasons out of them. 

We generally recommend sizing up if at the top end of the size range to get the most from your threads e.g size 4 would go 4-6 not 2-4. Please check measurements if unsure.

For reference Valli (5) is wearing 4-6 + Oceanè (2.5) is wearing 2-4.
