RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for some reason you are not satisfied with your products once they arrive, you can return your unused, unworn items to us. 
Please send us an email to hey@nunatives.com within 7 days of delivery to give us the heads up on your reason for its return & we will send you the return details.
Once we receive your package we will resend the correct size/colour or refund your money. 
Please note you will be liable for all shipping costs unless faulty.

**re:sizing ~ we highly recommend reading the description & checking measurements before purchasing as different styles will have different fits.

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS

All items are packed with love & care. In the unlikely event that an item is marked or faulty please contact us immediately & we will happily replace or refund. All shipping costs will also be refunded if the item returned is faulty.
